Auckland Pride

At Auckland Pride we were just standing on Ponsonby Road watching a very civilized parade. I looked up and saw a rather diminutive woman walking along with a few people carrying homemade signs. I said to Ash, "That's the Prime Minister!"

And it was!

Before Jacinta Ardern took the worldwide stage for her extraordinary leadership after the Christchurch mosque massacres, it was clear that she is a leader to be admired.

Yes we trucked up to the castle! But the lake was so calm Ash was almost reflective.
